They create a strategy to improve all touchpoints that people have with an organization to optimize their experience design and increase their value. Emerging from MMR Research Associates in 2017, EBG initially joined experiential marketing and research to humanize processes and deliver operationalized results. Formerly MMR Live, the company rebranded in 2022.
