Meet Ashley: Partner and CEO

Ashley co-founded LONDONmiddlebury in 2014 on a conviction that smart marketing strategy isn't the exclusive domain of large organizations. More than a decade later, she leads the agency's creative direction across strategy, design, communications, and copywriting.

Her approach starts with listening. Not just to what clients say they want, but to what the problem underneath is actually asking for. Ashley has a particular gift for spotting connections others miss: between an organization's goals and its audience, between a community's needs and the tools available to meet them, between a half-formed idea and the strategy that makes it work. That instinct, combined with a firm belief that there's no such thing as a bad idea at any stage, creates the conditions where the best thinking tends to surface.

A true testament to her passion for marketing and branding is that 13+ years later, she still has those out-of-body moments when she says to herself, “wow, I’m really doing this!” Perhaps the biggest one to date was when she flew to Nairobi, Kenya to work in person with The Maa Trust and summited Kilimanjaro with another client a few weeks later.

A committed Vermonter in the fullest sense, she counts Green Up Day among her favorite holidays and watching public access coverage of community forums and local meetings is her guilty pleasure. Ashley brings that same civic investment to her board service. She served nine years on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Vermont, including time on the Executive Committee, and previously served on the South Burlington Public Library Board of Trustees, appointed by City Council. She currently sits on the Maple Broadband governing board, appointed by her town's Selectboard in 2026.

Ashley was named a Vermont Business Magazine Rising Star in 2024 and is a certified partner with Google, HubSpot, and Wix.
